Anyone can list a Telegram handle. A listing is just a directory entry — it does not create a wallet and cannot receive money.
To receive tips, the real owner messages our bot with /verify, pastes the one-time code here, then registers a Solana wallet by signing a message. Tips go straight from your wallet to theirs; TGPAY never holds funds.
Community coins are created on pump.fun from the launcher's own wallet. Launchers can forward creator fees to the creator's registered wallet, and each forward is recorded after on-chain confirmation.
